Feeling stuck in your thoughts, hard on yourself, or unsure of what comes next?

Here at Refueled Marriage and Family Therapy, we strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure or judgement. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with what matters most in a deeper, more compassionate way.

We work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, and life transitions. Many of our clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

Our approach is rooted in creating a  safe space where your story can unfold at your own pace. We draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-centered therapy to help develop psychological flexibility to make room for difficult emotions while choosing actions that align with your values.

Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-guided action, we’ll work together to help you build resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful – even when challenges arise.

Above all, we believe healing isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about learning to accept your inner experiences with kindness, reconnecting with who you are, and taking intentional steps toward the life you want to create.

Areas of Expertise

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is an approach that helps individuals learn how to make room for difficult experiences while creating meaningful change. ACT helps you reconnect with what matters most by exploring your personal values, building self-compassion, increasing mindfulness, and taking intentional steps toward the life you want to create. The goal is not to eliminate difficult emotions, but to develop the flexibility and skills needed to move forward with greater confidence, even when life feels difficult
